On the afternoon of May 26th, Li Jun, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Juhua Group, led a delegation to Huajiang Technology for research and guidance. They conducted an in-depth investigation into Huajiang Technology's production and operations, aiming to address concerns and boost confidence. Explore new applications in transportation, construction materials, and other fields to promote comprehensive, sustainable, high-quality development.

3. Optimize customer structure. In face of new market changes, analyze from structural perspectives, including customer structure, business structure, and business growth logic for the next five years, to optimize business from changing trends.

4. Optimize employee structure. Based on industry intelligentization and new track development trends, break traditional talent structures, layout new human resource structures in advance, actively connect with the group, and intensify efforts in talent recruitment for different positions and core employee training.
