On the morning of August 23rd, Huajiang Technology Party Branch Deputy Secretary and General Manager Ma Guowei delivered a Party lecture to the branch members and party activists.

This lecture centered on the themes of "How to be a Qualified Party Member" and "The Pioneer and Model Role of Party Members in Enterprises." It elaborated in detail on the obligations that Party members must fulfill, and explained from multiple perspectives the importance of consciously adhering to Party discipline, being honest and consistent in words and deeds, and the essence of loyalty to the Party. The lecture advocated for the firm establishment of socialist core values, a sense of honor and disgrace, moral views, and new practices, while inheriting the excellent traditional virtues of the Chinese nation.

When discussing how Party members can play a pioneering and exemplary role in enterprises, Ma Guowei emphasized that all Party members, especially those in management positions, should lead by example in enhancing political studies. They should be learners and promoters of the Party’s policies and national policies. They should set an example in terms of ideological awareness, work attitude, and sense of responsibility. Additionally, they should demonstrate loyalty to the enterprise and have the courage to combat undesirable practices.
