Kick-off Ceremony for the "100-Day Improvement" Campaign

On the morning of August 1, 2019, our company held a kick-off ceremony for the "100-Day Improvement" campaign. The theme of this campaign is "Quality is the Life of the Enterprise, and the System is the Guarantee of Quality." The ceremony was hosted by Zhu Yanyan, Deputy Director of the Quality Department, and attended by all company employees.
At the meeting, Deputy General Manager Huang Jinwei provided a detailed introduction to the content of the "100-Day Improvement" campaign, which runs from August 1 to November 8. The campaign aims to improve quality through activities such as training, quality improvement, knowledge competitions, skills competitions, QCC (Quality Control Circle) implementation, and visits to outstanding enterprises for learning.
General Manager Ma Guowei delivered a speech, highly affirming the importance of the "100-Day Improvement" campaign. He emphasized that everyone should actively participate in the campaign and continuously improve themselves to meet the increasingly high demands of our customers.
Chen Rongzhi, Director of the Manufacturing Department, made a statement on behalf of the Manufacturing Department, expressing their commitment to the campaign. The Manufacturing Department, being the executing department, will strictly follow the requirements of process documents, system and procedure documents, and standard operations to ensure product quality consistency. Through the "100-Day Improvement" campaign, they aim to identify gaps, implement improvements, enhance their knowledge, skills, and quality awareness, and quickly and effectively solve quality problems in the production process to genuinely improve product quality.
The "100-Day Improvement" campaign is not only a response to the company's requirements but also an effort to enhance the quality awareness and technical level of the company's employees. It aims to familiarize them with quality management system standards and procedures, promote the rapid and effective resolution of quality issues, and ultimately improve the stability and advancement of the products.
